Who we are
Bootina Silicon d.o.o., Labinska ulica 12, Zagreb, Croatia, is responsible for the personal data described here. You can reach us at hello@bootina-silicon.io.
What we process
- Emails you send us: your email address, your name and anything you write.
- Access logs: when you visit this site, our web host records technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the time of the visit, to keep the site secure and working.
This site sets no cookies, uses no analytics and does not track you. Fonts are served from this site, not from third parties.
Why, and on what legal basis
- Answering your enquiry and preparing or carrying out a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
- Keeping the site secure and working (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest).
How long we keep it
We keep emails as long as needed to handle your enquiry or our business relationship, and longer only where accounting or tax law requires it. Access logs are deleted by our web host after a short period.
Who else receives it
Microsoft (email hosting) and Cloudflare (web hosting) process data on our behalf. They may process it outside the EU, including in the United States, under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, and for its correction, deletion, restriction or transfer, and you can object to its processing. Write to hello@bootina-silicon.io. You can also complain to the Croatian data protection authority, AZOP (Agencija za zaštitu osobnih podataka).
